Who this applies to
This notice explains how dentaloffice.io handles information collected through this public website and its account setup. A dental practice using a Dentaloffice workspace is responsible for its own patient, employee and visitor information.
Information we receive
We receive the contact details and message you choose to send when you contact us. When you create an account, we receive your email address and authentication data needed to maintain your session. Display preferences, such as larger text or reduced motion, are stored in your browser where available.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to enquiries, provide and secure an account, operate the website, and investigate service issues. We do not use public contact forms to collect health information or confirm an appointment. Please do not send clinical, emergency, payment-card or other sensitive health information through a public website form.
Service providers
The website uses Cloudflare for hosting and security controls and Supabase for account authentication and application data. Email delivery may use Resend when a feature is enabled. These providers process information only to provide their services to Dentaloffice.
Retention and your choices
We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to meet legal obligations, or to resolve disputes. You may ask about access, correction or deletion of information connected to this public site by contacting hello@dentaloffice.io. Requests may be limited where retention or legal obligations apply.
Changes and contact
We may update this notice when the service changes. The current version is published on this page. For privacy questions, contact hello@dentaloffice.io.
